We are getting ready for Christmas. Helping Father Christmas make, wrap and deliver gifts. Choosing our Christmas lunch, making snowmen and much more!

There has been a disaster! Mrs Clarkes guinea pigs have escaped!! What can we do? Leo 'Let's phone the police'. Oliver 'We could put some food out'. Taylor 'Lock the cage door when they come back'. Zac 'Leave the cage open encase they come back'. Oscar 'Leave some toys out'. Emiah 'Let's call their names'. Enzo 'Shout for your neighbours to help'. Caleb 'What if a wolf has eaten one, lets find them quick!' Luna 'Let's make a poster!' We put up our posters around Banham and waited patiently! And then we had a phone call - it was good news!! Gingerbread and Snow Leopard had been found before the tigers at the zoo got to them!!!! 

The children created different rooms out of shoe boxes and a range of junk modelling items.  They were very creative, making a wide range of items including tables, sofas, beds, TVs and curtains.

On Wednesday afternoon we all had a shuffle around in order to make some Christmas decorations for our school. In Hedgehog's we were busy making our names look like Father Christmas, creating wreaths that will last for many years using our hands, hand print Rudolph pictures, sparkly stockings and a bit of colouring in. It was lovely to have parents and siblings joining in with us. We all had a great time!!!
